2026 Fall Registration and Cancellation Policy
All registrations are entered online. Each individual needs to fill in a separate registration. Don’t miss out, we have had early sell outs in the past, and we expect this year to be popular also!

By completing the registration form you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the following cancellation policy. Please note that we no longer accept personal checks. Cancellation refunds will be made as follows: Deposit and crop fee refunds will be paid in full up until August 15, 2026, if the cropping reservation is cancelled by the participant. After that date, all monies are non-refundable, and payable in full.
If there is a wait list, and the reservation can be filled, deposit and any crop fees paid may be refunded upon payment in full by replacement participant. We cannot accept substitutions if there is no wait list.
Package balances must be paid in full no later than September 10, 2026, or when registering, whichever date is later. All registrations must be completed by September 15, 2026. Your registration may be subject to cancellation with no refund if balances are not paid by this date. Outstanding balances will prevent registration for future events.
Payment is only accepted online. You may pay via PayPal, using the [email protected] email address.
Discounted crop fees are only good through August 15, 2026, regardless of when the crop deposit was paid. To receive the discount, crop fees must be paid in full by August 15, 2026..
