ALL Crop for a Cure PA registrations will be made through our website. Please note, registration does NOT include hotel. We have obtained a room block at a hotel very close to the crop venue. Please check the hotel section of this website for contact information for the hotel. YOU are responsible for booking your own hotel. Check here for hotel information. Please NOTE: the ROOM BLOCK is only available until August 24, 2026!
Each crop registration must be paid in full by September 10, 2026. There is a discount for full payments made prior to August 15, 2026. See below for details. Refer to the cancellation policy on the registration page for details on refunds should the need arise to cancel your reservation. All prices listed below are per person.
NOTE: All payments for deposits and balances must be made online. Checks will no longer be accepted. Please email us at [email protected] if you have questions about this policy.
Our Croppers Age Policy: For everyone's comfort and enjoyment, we ask that all attendees at this event be age 16 or above.

Note that the discounted price is only applicable until the discount date (8/15/2026) regardless of when you originally registered and paid your deposit.
All fees are per person:
Crop Fees: $160 full weekend (all meals and snacks included);
One Day (Fri or Sat) $65 (all meals and snacks for the selected day included);
Two Days (Fri & Sat) $125 (all meals and snacks for Fri and Sat are included);
Two Days (Sat & Sun) $110 (all meals and snacks for Sat and Sun are included);
Sunday only $45 (All meals and snacks for Sun are included).
Discounted Crop Fee until 8/15/2026: (See above for included meals and snacks)
Full Weekend $145;
One Day (Fri or Sat) $60;
Two Days (Fri & Sat) $110;
Two Days (Sat & Sun) $100;
Sunday only $40
