We are so glad you are attending!
First, thank-you from the bottom of our hearts for being willing to support our cause! Without each of you, there would be no Crop for a Cure and no donation to the American Cancer Society and other local Cancer charities. We do strive to produce a professional event, but please remember this is an ALL volunteer endeavor. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to visit "Command Central" and we will do our best to accommodate you. Call out for any member of the Crew!
Do you have a Covid-19 Policy?
Masks are optional for those who are vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask. We are not the Mask Police, but we do wish to keep everyone safe and healthy, and can only do that with everyone's cooperation. Thank you in advance!
How early can I get in? Can we set up the night before?
The crop doors will open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5. Because we will be busy getting the room set up on Friday night, we are unable to offer you early set up. But we promise to be ready right at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday! Sunday, doors will open promptly at 9:00 a.m.
How much cropping space will I have?
Every scrapper will have a chair and their own table space about 6 feet wide by about 30 inches deep. Sometimes we are able to provide 8' tables, but that is not guaranteed. We work hard to make sure the aisles are wide enough to permit you to push your chair back without hitting one another! Please do not bring extra tables or other cabinets or stands to set up next to your table! The only space you will have is on your table, under your table and your chair. Keep in mind we will have awesome vendors who can supply you with lots that you may have forgotten! You might also check our tools table to see what equipment other scrappers are sharing. Please keep this in mind when packing. We will ask you to remove items that may encroach on the aisle space.
Will I have access to electricity?
We will do our best to provide electricity throughout the room. If you need electricity, please bring an extension cord and perhaps a multi-plug power strip for your table. Do not forget your duct tape to tape your cords down! We cannot allow loose cords to cross any of the aisles.
Will there be internet access?
Wireless internet access in the Crop Room is available. Log in credentials will be available from the Crew at "Command Central!"
What tools and equipment are available for us to use?
There will be a computer and printer available for your printing needs. In addition, there may be a Cricut set up for you to share, along with an assortment of Cricut cartridges. Please bring your own Cricut mat, and any cartridges you cannot live without.
We have a tradition at Crop for a Cure where a number of scrappers share their equipment and tools with the crop attendees for the duration of the crop. Anyone who wishes to do so is welcome to place your items on the tool table. Please make sure your name is on your shared tools and equipment. If you use any of the shared items, please treat them with care and return them promptly to the table (or use them there).
Please note: There is to be NO PAINT IN THE BUILDING! The hall is brand new, please treat it as you would treat your own home. Be careful NOT to use glitter, glimmer mist, paint, sprays, etc. If the weather cooperates, we will set up a table outside for use of those items. Thank you!
What about food and drink?
First, please be very careful with food and drink in the crop room. We ask you to only have covered containers of liquids at the crop tables in order to protect everyone's precious photos and hard work. Check with the vendors for cup holders that attach to tables for convenient solutions without risking spills! We will have ice water available in the crop room when the room is open.
Meals are scheduled as indicated on the Meals page. Double check on the Packages page to make sure you understand which meals are part of your package. Please note, all meals have gluten-free options.
Special Reminder: Butter Valley Community Church does not permit alcohol on its premises.

The Crop Room opens at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, and will remain open until midnight. The room will re-open on Sunday morning October 6, at 9:00 a.m. The crop concludes at 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
As the church needs to prepare for Sunday services, we must be out of the building as close to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday as possible, so please wrap up your day with enough time to pack up and be out of the room by 9.

Anything else?
Just a few reminders. Please be respectful of the scrappers around you. Keep in mind, some language can be offensive to others. We want you to have a great time, laugh and enjoy yourselves but be mindful of those seated nearby. Please keep drinks in spill resistant containers. If you brought music, please keep it low. Simple courtesy goes a long way. Let's enjoy our time together having fun while doing good!!
